Who Can Attend Seva?
Adult Day Health Care is available to adults aged 18+ who meet one or more of the following criteria:
Age 55 or older (younger adults with qualifying disabilities also welcome)
Has a chronic health condition or physical disability
Needs assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Is at risk of institutionalization or nursing home placement
Has cognitive impairment (dementia, Alzheimer's, brain injury)
Would benefit from structured social and health programming
Resides in our service area (Orange County)
* A physician's referral and DHCS needs assessment are required for Medi-Cal-funded participation.
Insurance & Payment Options
Medi-Cal Coverage
Seva Senior Center is a Medi-Cal certified ADHC provider. If your loved one has Medi-Cal, adult day health care services may be fully covered at no cost to you.
This includes medical supervision, therapy, meals, activities, and often transportation.
